We neither collect nor store any information of a purely personal nature: i.e. home address (unless it is also a business address), telephone or fax numbers, interests, family members, memberships, etc. For online transaction purposes, we ask our clients to provide credit card information, but this is always done in a secure environment.

Information We Gather and Retain

We collect business email addresses to deliver the following to our readers: issues of our newsletter, promotional information from our sponsors, and information concerning workshops, seminars, and meetings of interest to people actively involved as managers and development professionals in the not-for-profit sector.

We collect business postal addresses and secure credit card information to enable commercial transactions with members/subscribers, and seminar and workshop registrants.

We collect postal business addresses and not-for-profit sector and sub-sector information to help our editorial staff plan and direct the content of our publications in an appropriately balanced fashion.
